Ken DeRose-Broekert Sports a Gold Star

We know that the average Member passes 40 referrals a year. So when one person brings five new Members to that table, that’s a boost of 200 referrals. That’s worth a Gold Star – and that’s what Ken got at his meeting Wednesday.  I asked what he says to people when he invites them to the table.

“A lot of times that question comes up when people ask me if I know somebody who can do something else they need, because of my customers ask me for referrals in every situation. So I say, ‘Well, I have breakfast with this person every Wednesday morning. I know him. I trust him. You ought to come and check it out and see if that would work for you.’ I also prepare them so they know they have one minute to speak. We prepare so they’re comfortable. I go over that with them as well. They see the value. And then they join.”

Ken uses an invitation as part of a referral. That’s multi-purpose. Bravo you, Ken. Congratulations and thank you.
