When I’m on the phone with someone I let all other calls during that conversation go to voicemail.

As soon as an email from Find-A-Team comes in, I pick up the phone and call them.

When a Find-A-Team email comes in after 9pm I reply from my phone and start the conversation by email.

    Extra Credit:
At a coffee appointment I set an alarm so my complete attention is with my current appointment, and I’m comfortable knowing I won’t miss the next one.
