Chris Quay Earns A Gold Star

A quick look at Chris Quay’s profile page details his participation: a Hand Pin – because he’s held all five Officer roles; a Coaches Pin – showing the value he brings to other Teams; a Teamworks Pin – for being an Angel Officer as a new Team started, and now a Gold Star, because he’s responsible for five Members joining.  I asked Chris if people usually do what he tells them to do and he answered “There’s consequences if they don’t. Usually my question to them is ‘Can you be somewhere at 7 o’clock in the morning? Are you working at 7 o’clock?'”
So you put a marker in their mind that says: I’m not with a client at seven. I could be there. “I want them to know they have the time available, yes.”
