    For professionals who make providing excellent client service a priority, receiving an endorsement letter from a client is the highest form of flattery and a validation of success. Too, endorsements provide a true source of marketing ‘gold’ that is easy to share via Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook or at networking events. Who says it better than a happy client? Repurpose endorsement letters and let them really sparkle for you.

    As a videographer my business heavily relies on the endorsements I receive from clients and power-core members. A high quality video can drive new clients and sales to a particular service or product ; but a poorly produced video will have your potential clients running for the hills. Endorsement letters allow me to build trust among my community and re-assure the confidence my clients need to accelerate their sales.

    Approximately 50% of my business growth over the past 5 years has been from direct client testimonials to a friend or family member. The current client referral is the absolute easiest way to grow and bring in new clients. While I have not started a public campaign for reviews, it will be a part of my future marketing process.

    There is no better sign of accomplishment and talent than having the testimony of someone who has directly benefited from your work. In the fast paced world we live in, people rarely take a moment to let others know their positive experiences with people, especially attorneys. People know immediately from an endorsement letter that not only did you do your job in an incredible way but that you made a lasting impression. They show all who read them that you are a notch above the rest.

    Receiving an endorsement letter from another team member gives me extra credibility when a prospect is deciding to do business with me or a competitor. An unexpected benefit was being able to display it in my office.

    Endorsement letters are a great accompaniment to referrals. We sometimes have a potential client ask for referrals and we can give them the 1-2 punch by also showing them endorsement letters we’ve received. THEN we send them to our website to see some of our completed projects where they can discover the wide array of work that we do. It’s like a 1-2-3 punch! (is that possible?)

    I use the endorsement letters from my customers to boost my online credibility. Most consumers today will “Google” my name to see what appears. It helps tremendously to see actual customer reviews. One of the best parts about each endorsement is that someone may place a particular value on one aspect of my business that I don’t typically mention to others; it is really “eye opening”!

    Sean Tintle wrote me a very valuable endorsement letter, for which I am​ so grateful. I actually printed a color copy of that letter with his bright red logo for Cardinal Property Management listed right on the letterhead, and put it in a frame and set it strategically on my desk. Whenever a prospective client is visiting with me, they are sure to read it while I am busy typing away on my computer in between assisting them. This gives me instant credibility and I know it gives Sean some advertisement as well!

    Endorsement letters are a great way to boost credibility when prospective clients are searching for your service. So much of my business comes from referrals and often the letters may speak of a specific issue that the prospective patient is currently experiencing. On those occasions the letters are really powerful decision tools.

    When one of your clients complains or mentions something they either want an answer to or get out of a situation. Who do you think about as a solution?
    In Powercore the natural answer should be someone on the team.
    When the issue is solved write an endorsement letter that will benefit the person who assisted your client.
    It is a great way to thank someone on the team for stepping up and assist your client.
    Or
    Your client writes the letter thanking your member for the great help.
    It empowers the whole triangle.

    In my line of business as a real estate closing attorney there is not much in the way of direct marketing. My business is driven by referrals from people I have worked with and word of mouth. This leads to clients that know my current clients but does not loop in new prospects from outside of that web of influence. Having a written endorsement is invaluable to my business as it gives a prospective client that does not know me or any of my current clients information about what I do and why I am the best choice for them. This grows that web of influence. Who you know is important but so is who you don’t know… yet.

    Endorsement letters are a very important part of my referrals . My business is 90% word of mouth. My client’s need to know that I’m accessible and will take the time to give the correct policy for their needs. Having letters from my team members is one of thr best compliments I can receive.

    In my business, my clients are required to prepare a post assessment so that we have a way of tracking their level of satisfaction. Endorsement letters are way more personal and gratifying. It adds another level of credibility.

    Endorsement letters have been wonderful way for me to introduce my services and to obtain prospective clients’ trust. The referrals have been a great way for my clients to share their experience with me. The letters represent what their(clients) concerns were, plan that was utilize to meet their goals and goals achieved lifestyle change.

    Endorsement letters are encouraging, and give us the confidence we need. I’ve had a few from current team members that made me very proud. Serving their family members, or clients, and it’s a huge testament. I have them printed and still use them in my listing appointments. I’d like to return the favor soon- it’s on the list.     Endorsement letters are an effective way to close deals. Sometimes the work of attorneys is commoditized, so it is helpful to have endorsement letters from clients and colleagues to help clients see the value proposition. While they might be able to find forms online or do things through sites such as Legal…., they won’t be able to get the same level of service, attention, and assistance. Being able to read a third-party’s positive opinion of your work might just be the extra little push that is needed to get the potential client to engage our services.

    Working in the financial services industry for 16 years, an endorsement letter serves as credibility that bankers and the like need to gain the trust of prospects be clients. Everyone likes to read real-world examples of service level. An emdorsement letter is a perfect way to do so. I like to give my prospective clients the ability to understand my true level of service without always having t convince them in my own words. I’ve won many business transactions due to the references of my clients. Next to networking I find it to be one of the most important parts of doing business.
