    Fact from research: 40% of the time
    people who know us, and like us, and have had a good experience with us,
    overlook a referral opportunity for us, because they didn’t recognize it.

    When I walk into this week’s meeting without a referral, I’m in the 40%. It’s my responsibility to reach out to a Member, initiate coffee, get to know more about their business so I will recognize referrals for them in the future.
