 Arrive early enough to speak with a few people before the meeting starts, greet Visitors and Subs, and get coffee.

 Never apologize to the group for anything. {Apologizing to a Member for missing an appointment just tells the whole Team that you aren’t responsible for your calendar. Apologies are an individual activity.}

 Be prepared. For your InfoMinute, INTROMinute, 7-Minute, Referral Trigger, and walk in knowing what you’re going to give during the third part of the meeting.

 Take initiative. The three characteristics of successful Teams are [a] accountability, [b] initiative, and [c] camaraderie. Take the initiative to invite, to offer, to suggest, to do.

 Stand when you’re speaking, and respect the person who is standing. That means no side conversations, texting, leaving the table … let the speaker know you value them by giving them your eye contact and attention.
