    Be gracious. Your Team knows who you are; your Team won’t refer to them, I promise. And if they do, that is a different conversation. Call me.

    Have them sit beside you, and tell them what your InfoMinute topic is, then suggest a topic that is very different from yours for them. (you don’t want the appearance of conflict, you want to demonstrate professionalism.

    If they are a Sub, let the Member who arranged for them know it’s a conflict. Assume positive intent. And just mention it to the MembershipCoOrdinator – but 10 times out of nine they’ll already be on it.

    If they are a Visitor let them know what your experience has been, and have them call PowerCore Central to get an invitation to visit a Team where they could join.
