A PowerCore meeting needs to be fun – it is 7 o’clock in the morning after all – equally fun for everyone.

–Sarcastic humor is always negative. Sarcasm is only fun for the sarcastic person.
–Political humor is divisive. Humor that patronizes or casts aspersions is only fun for a sub-set of the group.
–Confidence creates credibility. Self-deprecating humor erodes credibility.
