Paul Shimek Adds a 20 Year Pin

What were you thinking at your first meeting? It was a little overwhelming, but I saw the potential, I was right out on my own for the first time after ten years working with the firm and I wasn’t  advertising or anything, I saw the potential there, so I thought I’d give it a shot. I was so impressed I submitted my check that first day on the first meeting. You didn’t take your two visits. You were just like, “Okay I’m here. I want the seat.” Partly because the person who invited you, you couldn’t join their team because your seat was taken. Right, it was the CPA on this team that invited me. There was a conflict with my classification. So I started off with the Cumberland team. With 20 years of hindsight, were you correct? Was the potential that you saw there for you? It exceeded all expectations. I recently just reviewed my top largest cases and realized to my surprise that seventy percent, seven out of ten were from PowerCore referrals. I was thinking I wanted maybe fifty percent. Seventy percent. Congratulations to you, Paul Shimek!
