If you hear your friend or neighbor talk about looking for homes on websites such as zillow or realtor.com.

Ask them if they would like to work with an agent that has a website specifically built for their search and introduce me, Steve with Keller Williams.

    I think there are actually 3 or 4 info minutes here. Instead of a list maybe have each numbered item as an info minute with a story of how a client benefits. Avoid the you’s and use pronouns like he/she/their. I think a good beginning may be Websites are not created equal. Some sites do not update status. Then maybe a story about a buyer that called you regarding a listing that had been sold 6 months ago. Maybe the green card could be something along the lines of “At Thanksgiving when your newlywed niece complains aobut her boss always monitoring her computer usage, ask her what is her favorite thing to search on the internet?

    Maybe start with how there are so many ways to search for homes, but even though all these homes are at buyers finger tips they aren’t all what they truly want or could actually obtain and the information may not be accurate Like Persephone said (another IM could be an offshoot about how those sites don’t know that a home is over priced…). But..You take the overwhelming and make it precise with a tailored website…and so on.

    Susan was frustrated because shes spent hours and hours searching home search sites and keeps coming up empty on a home that speaks to her (because she has listing over load) I was able to give her access to a tailored website showing her only homes that meet her true criteria with the ability to run her own searches, etc.

    Our e-Alerts provide regular updates about new homes that come on the market is good. It enables me to act as a Concierge to my client to make sure they know I’m listening to what they want. Helping people narrow their search helps save them time.
    Tell a story how this search help your client discover the homes they purchased.
    Purple card: Having raised 3 children, I know how important it is to make each person feel unique.

    Tons of great info, and yes this could be several infominutes. Hooray.

    Possible green/gold:

    I am a great referral for your niece Brittany. She complains the condos on her Zillow app disappear (because they are under contract) before she can even check out the neighborhood. She wants to talk to me so she can host the blow-out New Year’s eve party for her friends this year.

    or

    I am a great referral for your golfing buddy Mark. He complains the houses on his Zillow app disappear before he can even show his wife. He wants to talk to me so he can have enough bedrooms for all the kids and grand-kids to stay with him/tehm this holiday.

    (not sure of your market and the second one is more in line with Valerie’s purple card.)

    All great info!~ I think it may be too much to absorb in one infominute?

    I am a good referral for your tennis partner who talks about finding a great deal by looking at “pre-foreclosures” on Zillow.
