August 2012: Monthly Focus

Members’ Center is the page on the web site that PowerCore Members access after logging in. Let your cursor hover over Members’ Center, above, and you’ll see the other parts of this Members Only section. Officers see a bar for the Officers’ Toolbox, Coaches see one for Coaches Playbook. Here is where you find the Do|Be|Find a Sub videos and the Mentors Forum. And right here, on this Members’ Center page, is where you can download the results from the We Did Business slips. 

The first we call the “ramp” graph. This is a sub-set of 160 Members who all joined after we began using We Did Business slips, and each of whom was a Member continuously for 18 months.

    When I look at the “ramp” graph I see a four month pattern for We Did Business slips. This is significant, because initial PowerCore Membership is for three months — so Members who don’t renew are missing the next big payoff.

    What do you see?

    When I look at the percentage of business that comes from Past Members, (pie chart E) I know that’s an area where there is opportunity.

    What ideas do you have for keeping top-of-mind with people who no longer hear your InfoMinute every week? There are referrals to be earned, deposits to be made!
