    Seth Katz is a business & litigation attorney on our Team. What I know about Seth is that he does real estate litigation — and that everyone I have referred to him has been pleased with his representation. What I don’t know is how detailed his practice is in this area enough to vet the referral thoroughly like he can. What I know about potential referrals is they need someone in this area, and since I do not handle real estate related litigation, I always think of Seth and try to connect the parties so that they can discuss and see if it is a good fit.

    Jordan Kragten is a personal injury attorney. What I know about him is that he helps his clients when they get injured and through his info-minutes he’s really opened my mind about what kinds situations he can help out in. What I don’t know is if my clients who need his help can necessarily afford him. [We were able to chat and I found out that he actually doesn’t charge the client anything up front and only gets paid upon settlement!]

    Maiya Safikovs is a family law attorney. What I know about her is she’s personally the nicest person in the world but an absolute bulldog for her clients. Unlike many attorneys, she’s accessible as well and makes a practice of answering every phone call and text in a timely manner. The people I’ve referred to her cannot say enough good things about her. What I don’t know about her is how many hours she has to put in to do the kind of job her clients rave about.

    Grace Hayden is our financial advisor. I have told Grace that it is difficult to get seniors to switch their financial planners, kind of like asking them to switch doctors. However, I know by switching to Grace they are getting a financial planner who is not in the box. That she will work with the fact that they can do different planning and still stay within a safe net as they age. I don’t know how the planning works, what the costs are with the financial advisors, or how often Grace needs to work with them.

    Patty Voelz is our business banker with Fidelity Bank. I know from personal experience that when I refer Patty, the recipient of the referral is getting someone who is knowledgeable, credible, responsive, experienced and friendly. Patty is proactive – if there is a product, service or tool that can benefit her clients, she will let them know about it without having to be asked. She genuinely cares about her customers’ success. She adds the personal touch that lets her customers and clients know that their business is valuable to her and they are not just numbers – rather, they are part of the Fidelity family.

    Brendon Hall is our Medicare enrollment advisor. He is passionate about his job and clearly takes his job seriously due to the enthusiasm he shows during each meeting. I know he works with seniors and can do everything helping them to get insurance and healthcare. I would feel very confident passing along his information as a referral partner. What I don’t know are his fees and the process he goes through to get the clients signed up.

    Brendan Hall is in our Life and Health Insurance seat. He mainly deals with senior citizens going on to Medicare. I have many senior clients that I deal with and since I am not knowledgeable with insurance, I am very comfortable referring them to Brendan. He cares for his clients like I do and treats them like family. He is passionate and REALLY cares about them and makes sure that he gets them set up with the best insurance for them based on their needs.

    Ryan Tingle is our insurance guru and I send him clients for better coverage at lower prices. When a client is injured in a motor vehicle collision I check their own insurance coverage. In the event the at-fault driver is uninsured or uncooperative, my client would then turn to their own uninsured motorist coverage…if they have it. Two in ten cars on the road in Georgia are estimated to have no valid liability coverage. Uninsured motorist coverage protects you from those drivers.

    I know when clients are lacking in coverage and I know that Ryan will treat them like an old friend and take great care of them. I do not know the insurance market, how much a particular policy will cost, or how much more coverage a client can purchase at a particular price point.

    Jason Hatcher is our real estate agent, I know that when I refer a client to Jason that they will be taken care of through all of the incredible things I have heard about Jason. I dont know how much time Jason invests in every client to ensure they are happy with the home they have chosen. I also dont know how many properties he may show them or filter out himself just through his knowledge of what the clients needs are.

    Jordan Kragten has that rare combination of brains and heart. He has a big ol’ brain, just brimming w/ knowledge of the law, and insurance contracts. He put that big brain to work for his clients, making sure they are granted every dime they are owed for their losses. But Jordan also has a big, beating heart, which allows him to connect and empathize with his clients’ pain, and be a virgil to them in a time of darkness and confusion.

    Nancy Davis brings consistency and stability to our team which shows how she relates to her clients. As a coach, I’m sure her mind is tuned into what happens in her sessions and that she’s ready to respond with humility and openness. So, based on her poise during our meetings, I know she’ll provide a solid support for a friend who has trouble following a plan. I wish I could hear her previous clients speak about their breakthroughs while working with Nancy. Due to her commitment to confidentiality and again to her humility, I understand Nancy’s results on an intellectual level but not on an emotional level. In other words, she’s communicated (much like a reporter) “why,” “how,” and “that” her results are meaningful. I would like to “feel” her results and what those results have meant to hear clients (perhaps in an audio format).

    Brian Fitch is a digital marketing guru. I know that Brian will assist business owners gain a larger online presence, and will assist antiquated practitioners with understanding how to redirect advertising efforts from traditional forums (such as newspaper, billboards, etc.) to social media platforms. What I do not know is the exact cost affiliated with Brian’s practice, as it varies and is contingent upon a myriad of factors. All in all, I am confident that he will that he will be able to assist any business owner increase their digital footprint.

    Kimberly Jackson is our real estate attorney. I know that if I send a referral to her she will take the time to understand their needs and make recommendations based on their best interests. Not anything else. I also appreciate her level of transparency, her command of the industry, and how easy she makes the process for clients that work with her. What I do not understand is the pricing of her services. However, given her professionalism and expertise in the space, it’s well worth it for the results and peace of mind.

    Raina Nadler is our estate planning and senior care attorney.
    I know when I send a referral to Raina I know they will be in good hands. Raina will take the time to determine their needs and then put a plan in place to get them there, in a caring and compassionate way.
    What I am not sure of is the time and fee involved in the process.
