and When parents are preparing for a 15-year- old’s birthday party it’s a good bet they’re also thinking about car insurance.

Pick one of your products, be specific, and tell us what triggers your clients to be ready for that product.

Then, the person directly across from you will suggest a Kindling Question.

For getting their Medicare Heath Care Plan turning 65 is a magic time.

That is the triggering for them to contact me as they are coming of age.

This low cost heath option excites each one I meet and they have been looking forward to this particular birthday.

Milestone birthdays typically triggers people to assess their preparedness for retirement. This normally happens at ages 40 and 50.

We prepare financial plans that project how far their current savings will last them in retirement, how much more they need to save, and the proper asset allocation to achieve their retirement goal using their specific risk tolerance.

Major lifestyle changes promote future decisions. Empty Nesters know that future needs are nothing like their past. Baggage collected over the years becomes an impediment to the retirement they are anticipating. I offer consultations about how to move forward and make their own decisions for their future. Knowing the housing options that will meet their needs gives them peace of mind for making decisions about downsizing. Sometimes this can take years but I offer a listening ear and advice every step of the way.

Marriage is a time in life when 2 people start combining assets. The couple would usually also review their home, auto and life insurance options to make sure they have the right protection.

When someone is getting divorced they need to think about themselves for the first time. The client will need to update their current will or trust, as well as their power of attorney or health care directive so that their ex-spouse will not receive their assets.

When people are designing or enhancing a website that includes a shopping cart, they must make a decision as to which shipping options they will include, because once the site is completed, it’s not easy to go back and make changes. Do they want to focus within the US or is this the time that they should prepare to #GOGLOBAL? They’re worried that they may be biting off more than they can chew, opening up a can of worms.

A documented quality management system offers an excellent way to define, measure, assess and improve the effectiveness of business processes. It also establishes a system which can be expanded, enlarged, or duplicated. When a business is ready for a second location, a basic set of system documents can be the key to a successful effort!

Remember to keep it simple with Waterman Quality!

Changing locations, redesigning logos or adding new services are all things that tend to trigger the need for a new or redesign of a website for a small business.

I love to work with small business owners who are ready to add new life to their web presence.

We work together to show why their ideal customer should pick them over the competition and show why their product or services are special.

Their new website will make them stand apart which nets them more business.

Opening or Relocating an office normally triggers a business to Call for IT Services. Whatever their target “Open” date is they would want internet, telephone, computers, cameras and all other technology in place and working.

Once a business thinks about opening an office and signs a lease is great time to meet with me, because we can do a site survey to see what their technology needs are and what would best fit.

Mary’s daughter, Jennifer, is getting married in 4 weeks. Both are nervous, excited and stressed out. They’ve been doing their best to look their best.

But Jennifer is annoyed by consistent break outs and Mary’s dark spots got worse with the summer’s sun. The only quick solution they think of is a VERY expensive trip to a spa for a micro-needling treatment.

NOX is a revolutionary skin care. It is a mix of Nitric Oxide naturally present in our body, and CBD from hemp. The results are visible withing 24 hours. 4 weeks usage and the skin hasn’t looked, been or felt that healthy in years. Both feel confident and beautiful. They know they’ll look radiant on the wedding pictures.

There is a point in ever business owner’s development when she realizes: I love doing this now but I don’t want to do it forever.

The only way to exit a business – whether in 2 years or in 20 – is to ensure the business can run itself without the current owner.
Writing a business management process that relies on outcomes means the value created is inherent in the business, not the person.

Ronald and his team have been working for several weeks on a presentation that could secure a lucrative contract for their financial firm. The team has worked closely together, so before submitting to senior leadership, Ronald would like to get an outsider’s perspective on whether the presentation is clear and well-organized.

Along with advanced editing skills, an outside communications expert can breathe invaluable perspective into internal presentations and external publications. It is important to get communications vetted outside the “echo chamber,” with an editor who can be trusted as thorough, respectful and confidential.

With nearly 40 years of versatile experience in editing and writing expertise, I can help you bolster your confidence in your business communications.

Clint Monroe, Financial Analyst. A trigger for needing financial planning and analysis is a rapid expansion or contraction in business operations. Rapid changes must be managed well to keep costs under control, with employee headcount the single biggest cost. I work with Controllers like Bob and HR to ask questions and listen for their reporting needs. Then I quickly develop tools to measure and report employee headcount by city, state and region, or by job classification down to the plant level as needed.

Solving customer’s challenges with speed and accuracy is my goal. I often use many tools in my tool box, advanced Excel functions from Vlookups to Pivot Tables. When no tool exists to handle a complex challenge, I become a tool maker. I’ll write a custom macro to do the heavy lifting, and take the burden off my clients’ shoulders.

I makes Excel SING – so my clients get information they can count on to make business decisions. I am a good referral for finance and operations team leaders who want to work smarter, to meet their rapidly changing business challenges.

    Clint Monroe, Financial Analyst.
