One of my best clients ever is Rob. Rob is an Ohio native and a hobby contractor. He greatly improves every house he lives in. What makes Rob my best client is that he listens to what I suggest to make his home more sellable, and is reasonable during negotiations as he knows his end goal is to get his house sold for the most money and least headache. Rob is a client for life.

One of my favorite clients is Katherine. She is a small business CFO as well as a former small/medium size business owner. In her personal life, she loves to ride horses. Both of these activities taught her the ability to recognize the emotional costs of various decisions, whether they are personal or business-related, and recognize whether those costs are worth the financial and time commitment. This ability is, in my opinion, invaluable and makes working with her on her estate matters straightforward and enjoyable.

My best client is Bob (name changed for privacy). Bob is a Builder. “Can we fix it? … Yes, we can!” Bob definitely has the “Can Do” attitude as he is extremely successful.
When I think of Bob, I think about the plethora of bookkeepers, bankers, lawyers, and multiple CPAs he keeps busy, although it is our firm, Killingsworth Spencer LLC, which is his personal CPA who reigns in everything else.
Bob gets involved in charities and loves Georgia. Bob is very kind, but does demand hard work.
Bob does not drive fancy cars or have the largest mansion in Buckhead, although he could afford it. Bob does not dress to the hilt, and his wife actually shops in thrift stores. Bob wears slacks and button-up long-sleeve shirts and generally folds up his sleeves.
Bob is an avid hunter and fisherman, and that might be the most visible behavior one might pick up on. In addition to being our biggest client, he is also the best, because he saves big time-consuming projects for months outside of tax season, respecting our other client needs at those times per year.

My best client ever is “Tony.

Tony lives in a newly built house in Buckhead and drives a late model black SUV. He officiates Men’s NCAA tournaments.

Tony’s projects are varied. Sometimes I’m adding a shelf or changing a light fixture, other times I’m hanging sports memorabilia or putting together furniture.

He is very easy to work with and variety is the “spice of life”!

Tricia is a cyclist. You would be able to identify her easily because of her bubbly personality, her zest for always ensuring her companies corporate presentation is professional and polished. However, She is business casual in her approach with you but creative and intelligent in her ideas for getting and keeping clients. She works in a creative industry but leaves technology and digital marketing to us.

My best client is “Bob” (name changed for confidentiality). Bob works as a tradesman. Bob is a great guy with a calm demeanor who is very attentive to his customers and their individual needs. He really cares about customer service and wants the best for his field service team and his customers. He is a very hard worker.

Bob drives an SUV and has a wife with four adult children. He wears an apple watch to track his fitness. He works out at his home gym daily and is working hard to build up his physique. It will help him manage the heavy lifting required by his trade.

Bob started out as a Messenger bee. Once he got comfortable with us and how we work, he began to trust us and upgraded to Mason Bee. Now he’s a Honey Bee.

Adam is a Ga Tech grad. Clearly a very intelligent and valuable resource to his company. He has a wide range of skills. He runs operations at a midsize marketing distribution company. This includes overseeing computers and technology functions.

Understanding his value and responsibilities, he wisely outsources component of the technology management. That allows him to focus on key operational duties and balance his workload. All his obligations are met to the tech department as well as other divisions, without any one specific area being neglected.

Cindy spends lots of time helping other people. She does lots of volunteer work and doesn’t take as much time as she used to taking care of herself. You will most likely see Cindy each week at church where she is running welcome committee.

Debbie is very active in her local community and a member of her HOA board. My best client is Joe & Angie. They are Atlanta natives and can be found every weekend boating at their lake house on Lake Lanier. They own a local business and have 4 children that are in high school and college. Joe & Angie value the time they get to spend with their family and the lifestyle they have developed. They believe in protecting what they have worked hard for and we communicate regularly to make sure their protection is in place so they can have peace of mind while enjoying family time.

My best client is Sean. Sean owns five homes and he has financed four of them through me. He is an executive that values his time and is very loyal to those who provide value to him. You can identify Sean by the confident and decisive ways he makes decisions, the luxury, but not opulent vehicle that he drives, and the kindness with which he treats all people he interacts with

My client, Robby, is a business owner who is very active in his community. Throughout the year when flipping through school programs or the sponsors page of worthy causes you’ll see his company logo listed there. You will also recognize Robby at various local networking events as he is always dressed in his company shirt and sweater, or jacket.

Robby and his team take pride in taking care of their clients and this is evident in the reviews that have been posted about them online and the way they recommend his business on Facebook and Nextdoor.

But don’t think Robby is a workaholic, he and his wife love to travel, and he subscribes to the saying, work hard – play hard.

My best clients are Jane and William. They are in their late 60’s and live in a condo in Buckhead. They have 2 children and two children. William was diagnosed with a rare disease, that attacks his nervous, his mobility and eventually his mind.
I help Jane and William, by providing them with the resources they need in order to continue to live a meaningful life. William has 24hour care and Jane is able to spend time outside the home. I visit with Stephen once a month and check in with Jane twice a month by phone.

Lisa is a stay-at-home, workout-aholic mom who spends her days outdoors with her children. She is always carrying around a backpack filled with non-electronic toys for her 3 children to play with between adventures, plenty of water, and glass containers of different fruits for her children to snack on. She is a wellness advocate who is constantly reminding people the health benefits of staying active, staying outside and staying well adjusted.

“Eric” is my favorite client ever. Eric is a high-level executive who was very unhappy in his job when he first met me, and wanted to find something else. He was concerned, however, about finding a new job in his relatively small industry because he had signed multiple noncompete agreements in the course of his ever-upwardly-mobile career. Eric is very ambitious, some might say he “pushes the envelope” to get ahead. After reviewing his contracts, I was able to negotiate him out of the onerous provisions of his noncompetes, get him severance, and negotiate him into a new million-dollar job. He has referred me to many of his friends and colleagues.

Bill and Michelle are my favorite clients. Bill is a retired attorney and Michelle is a retired Mom. The kids have grown up and moved out starting a life of their own. They now travel quite a bit, mostly to see their boys. Now that the boys are grown up and out of the home, Bill and Michele are remodeling their home to bring it up to date. We have completed 6 different remodeling jobs and hope to do more work for them.

Jenny and Jessica both knew their child’s behavior was not normal. One wasn’t crawling or sitting up at 10 months old and one had too many sleepless nights with an inconsolable baby. Both have very strong instincts and both knew that something wasn’t right. They both decided to dig into it and find someone who would listen to their concerns and address them. Both of these mamas decided to take action and ask for help.

Lee is ready for hunting season. He has been talking about dove hunting for weeks. You would see him at Dick’s Sporting goods in the hunting section looking at hunting gear. These are the best clients for me. Lee was not aware that his home insurance only covers his gun collection for $1500. When I added the $10,000 of gun coverage and extended coverage to his pontoon boat. He was happy and referred me to all his hunting buddies.
