Don’t repeat a Member or a behavior that has already been mentioned.

    Response and response time are metrics I use to evaluate whether I can confidently refer. Everyone – me too! – is out of the office some days, so I’m never worried about a day or two going by, it’s good to have clients.

    On the other hand, if a phone call isn’t returned in a couple of days, or an email doesn’t get a response, or the request for follow through slips through a crack, I assume that how they are treating me is how they’d treat my client.

    So the behaviour that tells me a Member is credible enough to refer with confidence is their response to my message, and the time it takes them to respond.
