    One of my favorite things to communicate to my clients is that the price of their cruise has dropped. Telling them we can save them $X amount of dollars by re-booking a new promotion. This is always great news to my clients who think saving money is awesome and that it’s amazing that I am reaching out to them when a price reduction is available.
    I always prep my clients to book early and book refundable deposit type promotions. If my clients stay in a refundable deposit reservation, I can re-book them when the price drops without cruise line service fees.
    Cruise Planners – CPMaxx system checks our reservations each night against the cruise lines current best rate promotions and sends us an email if it finds a better rate. Imagine the smile of my client when I called about a savings of over $1,100 dollars for their 11-night Panama Canal cruise. This phone call is how I communicate good news to my clients.
