I invite all of my Insperity colleagues to visit a team. I explain how it has benefited me and posit that the same can be true for them. I also extend the invitation to new connections that I meet at other networking events. They are obviously interested in expanding their sphere of influence, but they are not going about it in the most efficient manner. Last, I invite my prospects and clients.

When someone asks me how I generate my book of business I explain that “I have a mix of sources, but my referrals come from a valuable closed network group formed with the explicit purpose of marketing for each other.
