Responsiveness and follow-up are two big keys to success in my industry. At FISH Window Cleaning, the goal is to respond to customer inquiries by the end of the business day and provide quotations by the end of the week (worst case). We provide quotes to meet the customer needs to ensure the quote and final price are the same. We do not want customers to have any surprises when the final bill is due. Finally, we call the customer once the work is done to ensure the customer is satisfied. Also, FISH has recently implemented a new feature that automatically sends review links and customer feedback forms once a work-order is completed.
