Consistency is Key
I remember hearing this from my first team leader even before marketing strategies were really popular among agents. Stick with one things long enough to be able to really evaluate if it is working. With print advertising it takes about 18 months to see the results of mailing to an area. Realtors are famous for trying the latest marketing idea inst3ead of doing one thing consistently. Another piece of advice was find out what works for you and do it consistently. I will never go knock on people’s doors to get business. I would rather get a root canal than do that. Door knocking works for some people but is not going to work for me. So why keep trying to put a square peg in a round hole?
