It’s Okay to Say No Thank You

1. A connection not good for me would be someone looking to purchase raw land or in need of a commercial loan.
2. As a favor, I would take a client who’s not ready to purchase for 6 months or more and just needs some guidance and direction.
3. An ideal client would basically encompass first homebuyers, previous homeowners, investors, 2nd home/vacation homes, and/or someone interested in building a new house.
4. My best harvest would be to make a connection with other Realtors, who have minimum 5yrs. experience actively selling Real Estate and are go getters. They would make great referral partners.
