New clients learn what to expect in terms of their participation and responsibility, in order to get the best results from me, when we collectively decide on a concierge-style communication/ working agreement. We go over expectations including showing property schedules and hours of operation, and a signed agreement called The Promise promising my clients I will deliver a 5-star experience with extra commitments detailed out in that agreement, and I always connect new clients with past clients to provide that extra level of peer-driven rapport.
Compiling notes and a plan of action fit for my clients' life situation at the end of a consultation is the goal for onboarding. We will meet together with all decision makers, uncover what is important to them and (mostly) why it is important to them.
