Each time you complete one, the MentorCoOrdinator will ask you to share the Single Best Thing you got. Then they'll add a sticker to your 90-Day Protégé ribbon.
You benefit because Members can see, each week, that you are initiating the action necessary to earn their referrals. They'll be impressed with you. You'll be on the top of their mind. This is how referrals happen.
Most Teams require new Members to complete the five mentoring activities in order to be invited to renew at 90 days. The whole Team is watching your progress, and cheering for your referral success.
