My favorite things about breakfast with Richard Rimer

- My all time favorite thing about Richard Rimer is that he qualified for an Alphatester pin before he joined! (We were experiencing software glitches and Richard did a screenshare with the programmer so we could see what wasn't progressing as planned. Thank you, Richard.)
- My second favorite thing is that he came in at 100%. Well, as a pre-member Alphatester I suppose you could have predicted that, but Richard actually has, already, qualified for his PowerLinks certification, and participated in every extra workshop.
- My third thing - which could have been at the top of this list - is that he invited me for coffee. I like that initiative. (Of course you're thinking he's consistently shown initiative, so this is who he is.)
- Fourth - but might be first - is that coffee was preceeded with a conversation agenda. The benefit of this is the opportunity to prioritize topics, and make sure everything is covered.
- And then, yowza, you've got to see this, my SBT was seeing Richard's superspecial spreadsheet for tracking content and coffee. He told me he thinks in spreadsheets. That's a Purple Card.
