My favorite things about breakfast with Richard Rimer

  1. My all time favorite thing about Richard Rimer is that he qualified for an Alphatester pin before he joined! (We were experiencing software glitches and Richard did a screenshare with the programmer so we could see what wasn't progressing as planned. Thank you, Richard.)
  2. My second favorite thing is that he came in at 100%.  Well, as a pre-member Alphatester I suppose you could have predicted that, but Richard actually has, already, qualified for his PowerLinks certification, and participated in every extra workshop.
  3. My third thing - which could have been at the top of this list - is that he invited me for coffee. I like that initiative. (Of course you're thinking he's consistently shown initiative, so this is who he is.)
  4. Fourth - but might be first - is that coffee was preceeded with a conversation agenda. The benefit of this is the opportunity to prioritize topics, and make sure everything is covered.
  5. And then, yowza, you've got to see this, my SBT was seeing Richard's superspecial spreadsheet for tracking content and coffee.  He told me he thinks in spreadsheets. That's a Purple Card.
