Steve recently had Chris take a look at his roof. Solid roof? ✅ No scare tactics? ✅ But where Chris really earned his superhero cape 🦸‍♂️ was spotting an issue with Steve’s chimney that could’ve turned into a very expensive surprise down the road. Because of that early warning, Steve was able to address the problem before it became a “why is this bill so high?” situation.
