Jon Ongtingco is the first Member of the Cumberland Team to earn a Double Hand Pin

Each Time a Member holds a leadership role, as Primary or as 2nd, they add a silver star to their badge. 

When a Member has held all five roles they earn a Hand Pin.

Today Jon is the first Member of the Cumberland Team to earn the Double Hand Pin.
