Jay came over to my in-law's lake house to assess the electrical panels, as last week the power went out to the work shed and a fuse box sparked when we went to reset the breaker. Jay quickly came up with a solution and had a plan of action! Jay is thorough, creative, and extremely knowledgable. Thank you for your help already and can't wait to see the finished product.
Once business was finished, of course we had to take my boat out! It just so happens I am introuding Jay soon for a 7-minute, so this was a perfect opportunity to relax and begin Brewing his introduction. My SBT's from our meeting.
1: Jay's leadership stlye is to lead by example. Serving in both the Army and Navy, that mathces up with the structure of the Army as the Navy's leaders work more on the back end while with the Army, the leaders are front and center with all the soldiers.&nbsp;&nbsp;
2: Jay's life mantra is to "Take it day by day &amp; enjoy every minute". Life isn't promised and it's up to us to make the most of it. Amen Brother&nbsp;
