Jim's great idea + Rebecca's date, time, and location = a PowerPercolator conversation!

  • My SBT for Jim was the fact that different divisions of a company can't process payment on each other's machines - so it is a BIG deal when a machine is down.
  • My SBT for Rebecca was the way she continues to work with a client, facilitating events with sales staff that build on each other.
