Howard Celebrates 25 Power Years

The Candler Park Team Celebrated Howard's 25 Year Pin and Trophy online today - with a party to follow next Tuesday.

Howard's 7-Minute included 5 points of benefit over 25 years, and correlated the benefits to his business.

1. Howard has become a connector - when a friend or client has a need, odds are he's "got a guy."
2. He's benefited, and given benefit, from brainstorming and problem solving.
3. He's built confidence He told the story of delivering a eulogy for friend, about 7-minutes long! Then shared how this is like disability insurance.
4. He's learned the importance of accountability - which he correlated to health insurance.
5. He's made money! (the metaphor is life insurance) - For a cost of about $1,500 a year his net over 25 years tops $750,000.

Then the Team each shared the Single Best Thing they've gotten from Howard - from first coffee to a tracking spreadsheet.
