Consistently - every month - there are FFC from Orientation Essentials that say the best thing they learned was how to use the Referral Record.

The Referral Record is so intuitive to me; not to new Members. I've increased the frequency for Coaches Workshops about Referral Records, (coming next month!); added information to the VCO training about explaining Referral Records - and I'm really open to any other advice you have for me!

Feed forward cards bring so much value to my business because it let's me know when I have presented a topic clearly and when I need to make adjustments to future infominutes and 7 minute presentations. My last 7 minute presentation was all about the claims experience and I printed a claims guide handoff for all the members of my team. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive. One team member wrote that he or she would like me to present more information about back end claims impact and I plan to weave this into my infominute series calendar later this year.

I've learned to be more specific with my information as well as go more in-depth into topics I have presented.  Before I received the feedback I didn't realize that I wasn't covering enough information as well as specific enough information to help with referrals.  I'm now adding more content to my Infominutes and 7-Minute presentations to cover these topics.

I love FeedForward cards because they are like the secret sauce to leveling up presentations! They're like little treasure maps, guiding you towards excellence.

I gave a 7 minute presentation about how to "Master" the 7 keys to a Holistic Approach. It was about how the holistic approach in healthcare simply means looking at the "whole" person and how every aspect of their life (family, job, mental, social health, etc.) relates to their visit to the doctor or medspa today. In business the approach can be taken by listening and building a relationship with clients/customers to increase referrals (ofcourse), LTV, and more.

The feedback I received demonstrated where I should spend more or less time on in future one minutes/ 7 min presentations. They provide an inside scoop into what my audience is thinking, and gave me the power to reassess and elevate my talks.

With each feedback card, you unlock a world of growth and inspiration, and like Maya Angelou once said, "Do the best you can until you know better. Then when you know better, do better."
