"That he has a vast knowledge of IT. That he has longevity which equals quality."

My broad knowledge allows me to put the pieces together and bring together the necessary components for a solution. My longevity brings experience especially with older technology and software that others have never seen.

"Tom pays attention to the small details of someone's life to help them manage it better."

This illustrates the commitment I have to provide personalized support, as opposed to a cookie-cutter system, to help business owners achieve key business objectives and personal development goals.

Detail oriented and relationship manager focused- this shows the approach that I do take with my clients. I send holiday cards, birthday cards, anniversary cards, etc. to continue to enhance and build relationships with my clients. This is a great reminder to them that I am here when they need and cared enough to send them a card during a special time of the year. I also complete quarterly follow ups to check in and make sure they are happy with their financial path progress.
