My business is structured through a transformative, multi-phase journey: starting with uncovering personal and systemic barriers to enhance self-awareness and confidence, followed by crafting a shared vision rooted in deep values. We move through phases of collective leadership to empower teams, aligning their work with company goals for robust engagement and shared responsibility. Each step integrates self-reflection, strategic planning, and actionable outcomes. This method ensures results are efficient and align with both personal and professional aspirations.

I engage regularly with team members, stakeholders, and clients' networks to foster alignment, collective leadership, and enhanced team dynamics.

Working with my clients, I always tie their progress and results to the goals they want to achieve.  This gives them focus and a gauge to measure their progress.

I always start by looking at their budget and spending habits.  This is a foundational part of every effective financial plan.  From there we build on other skills along with working through any problems that come up along the way.  We meet for an hour each session and I give them assignments to work on in between sessions to reinforce what we discussed as well as add knowledge to the process.  I also sent an email summary of what we discussed, along with assignments due.  In addition, I reinforce the progress and wins they shared to help them stay motivated.

Every situation is different, so I start each client with what their greatest need is to build momentum toward their goals.

With each of my clients, I create a checklist on my phone to mark off what we have done to ensure we have covered everything. I also send them follow-up emails and can check to see if they have reviewed them.

I always hold an initial consultation with each client before they commit to booking with me.  This allows me to grasp their vision for the session.  After they secure their booking, we conduct a design strategy session to discuss all the elements we’ll need to prepare for their session.  In the lead-p to the session, I send out scheduled email communications to keep them informed.  Weather it’s headshots, personal branding or family portraits, every client goes through this process.

Another key person I frequently communicate with is the makeup artist. It’s essential for us to understand my client’s needs to ensure that the glam look aligns perfectly with the nature of the session.  If any concerns regarding the make-up application are made known before the session, I inform my makeup artist so they can ease those concerns while as they are working with the client.

As a Therapeutic Massage Therapist, it's extremely important that my I have structure in my business, ensuring each client receives efficient and effective results.  This means that fairness goes across the board.

Everyone receives the same excellent customer service, with no favoritism based on socioeconiomic status.  This is a field that deals with individuals placing a great deal of confidence in me from "day one" - if they're not happy, I will never see them again.  Happy to state that my company growth receives many referrals.

In addition, I communicate on a regular basis with team members who operate  businesses in a similar line of work. This helps because being able to exchange ideas back and forth can be an eye opener, and allow for further growth in areas that I may not have considered myself.

As an Elder Care Advisor, I structure my business around a streamlined, client-centered approach to ensure efficient and effective outcomes for each family. I begin each engagement with a discovery meeting to fully understand the family's needs, preferences, and financial situation. This helps us identify potential barriers early on and set clear objectives for our collaboration.

To support each client’s journey, I maintain a network of trusted professionals in home care, health services, elder law, Medicaid planning, and long-term care insurance. Regular communication with these professionals allows me to provide families with well-informed referrals and smooth transitions between services. I also collaborate with senior living communities to stay updated on availability, amenities, and policies, ensuring the recommendations I provide are current and align with each client’s unique needs.

In addition to my network, I stay in close contact with clients and their family members, updating them on progress and addressing any concerns as they arise. This continuous, open line of communication helps clients feel supported and informed at every stage, making the process smoother and more reassuring.

As a Mortgage Banker we have a lot of moving parts on each transaction. My Team focuses on the Client experience to ensure we cover every base from start to finish. We have a checklist of items each Team Member is responsible for and and we stick to our process to ensure a positive result and experience for the customer. As a Certified Personal + Professional Coach, strong communication before and during our time working together is key to a successful coaching relationship.

Before a client becomes a client, we start with a detailed discovery process that includes a 25-minute connection call, a detailed assessment, and a one-hour coaching session. This helps ensure working together is a good fit for their goals, and if it is, it’ll help lay the foundation for our work.

Each client is unique, so my coaching is customized to their specific goals, challenges, and what they want to achieve. All programs integrate NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) breakthroughs, weekly coaching sessions, and unlimited access to me between sessions for coaching, feedback, and support to work through challenges and celebrate wins.

I structure my business to ensure each client achieves efficient and effective results by starting with a detailed client interview. This allows me to understand their specific needs, goals, and the unique aspects of their business. Based on this information, I select and set up the appropriate accounting software—whether it's QuickBooks Online or Xero—to fit their operations perfectly.

To maintain accuracy and compliance, I regularly communicate with my clients' tax preparers or CPAs. This close collaboration ensures that all financial records are aligned with tax requirements and that we're all on the same page regarding the client's financial strategy. By working together, we can proactively address any potential issues before they become problems.

This structured approach, combined with open communication with other professionals involved in my clients' businesses, allows me to provide tailored solutions that promote growth and financial health. It ensures that my clients can focus on what they do best, while I take care of the accounting details behind the scenes.

My web design agreements include both a Scope of Work and a Design Process. That process includes multiple points where the client can provide input which ensures that the end result exceeeds their expectations. Also, the website under construction is available for review at any time (no surprises). I communicate by using clearly written emails which keeps the process efficient as possible. Finally after every web design project I provide an Accessibility Audit. That report shows how their website compliance with the Americans with Disablities Act.

As internal medicine physician practicing integrative and functional medicine, in my practice, I don’t just treat symptoms; I focus on uncovering and addressing the root causes of chronic issues like fatigue, gut imbalances, and hormonal disruptions-just to name a few issues I deal with.

By looking deeper into each client’s unique history, lifestyle, and health patterns, I’m able to create personalized plans that go beyond quick fixes, offering sustainable health improvements that last.

My motto " Optimum health for my patients" and health is not absence of disease.

I structure my business with responsiveness in mind. My system of keeping not only myself, but my clients and business partners accountable is built on calendar automation. I organize everything I do with coordinated calendar booking programs, which auto-remind all parties, and is paired with a detailed spreadsheet of everyone I have talked with and notes on our conversation.

I communicate regularly with my support system, both at home and at work. Communicating where I am at with work AND rest is vital to establishing expectations for everyone. Being intentional means not assuming anything. It means caring a little bit more than you think you have the energy for. It means being honest.

I structure my business to ensure every client experiences a smooth, efficient, and effective journey to mortgage closing by emphasizing collaboration, clear communication, and proactive planning. From the very beginning, I create a roadmap tailored to each client’s financial goals and unique circumstances.

To achieve this, I work closely with several key professionals in the mortgage process:

  1. Processor: The processor ensures that all necessary documentation is accurate and submitted on time. I stay in constant communication with them to identify any missing information early and avoid delays.

  2. Underwriter: I collaborate with the underwriter to address potential concerns regarding a client’s financial profile, ensuring that we present a strong case for loan approval while navigating any challenges effectively.

  3. Realtor: Realtors are invaluable partners in the process. Together, we ensure the home purchase timeline aligns with the loan process. We also discuss strategies like seller-paid rate buydowns or negotiating closing costs to keep the client’s budget on track.

By maintaining open communication with these professionals, I can anticipate and resolve issues before they arise. For example, I negotiate rate buydowns when appropriate, ensuring clients achieve lower monthly payments that fit their financial goals.

This collaborative and transparent approach not only builds trust but also ensures that every step of the mortgage process runs smoothly, resulting in a timely closing and a positive experience for all parties involved
