Very often, when I refer to a Member I'll say "look at the endorsement letter from Nancy Kaye - she's my friend."
Sometimes I'll say "I had such a good experience I wrote them an endorsement letter. You can see it on their profile page."

I use an endorsement Letter as a tool when I am referring my client to someone to let my client know this person is reputable, does great work, and understands the client experience and client service. The Endorsement Letter is an amazing tool to use because it lets my client know from an unbiased source that the person he/she will be meeting with to do business has done qulaity, professional work in the past and present.

I just wrote my first two endorsement letters for my team members—Dr. Erika Morgan, our amazing chiropractor who’s helped my parents and me, and our CPA Joseph Powell, who I hired as my CPA and fractional CFO (and now refer to my clients and every business owner I know)! Going forward, I’ll share their Powercore links when referring them to my network and encourage them to read the endorsement letters I wrote. It’s a fantastic way to showcase their expertise, build credibility, and reinforce why I trust and recommend them.

Those endorsement letters make it easy to highlight a Member’s value when I’m connecting them with one of my clients. For example, when a client needs a service that a Team Member offers, I will reference the Member’s personal profile page and point out an endorsement letter that speaks directly to their reliability or skill set. Forwarding the URL to that letter helps my client see, in someone else’s words, how that Member made a positive difference. It’s a quick, credible way to show my client they are getting referred to a trusted professional, which strengthens the referral and builds confidence in our entire network.

I have not written nor recieved endorsement letters yet. If I am going to refer somone from the team to a customer, reviewing and passing along an endorsement letter they recieved would definitely be helpful. I believe passing along something like this places not only the referred person, but also me in a good light. How cool that I can introduce a client to someone that has such a great reputation people write and frame letters to them!
