The reason Members get a paper invoice at our meeting isn’t because they need it – it’s because the recognition they get gives a visible boost to their referrals the next month.

The concept of Endorsement Letters isn't in any other part of my life.
An Endorsement Letter is not the same (or as easy) as a google review.
And, Endorsement Letters generate so much business for the Members they are written about, and for the Member who writes them!

When my clients get ready to head off on their travel I send them a document package, full of their required travel documents for the upcoming trip. I also include some goodies they're not expecting...some edibles and some trip related. I do this to give them a "surprise and delight" effect and also to make sure they carry the things that will enhance their trip.
One of them is this stretchy band. I always send one per client on the trip. I almost always get a phone call from the client... "what is the stretch band for? You want me to exercise on the trip?" Call me for the answer to the question.

Working with my client couples, a big part of my work is to improve their communication about money.
This naturally flows over to better overall communication between the two of them.
I hear from a lot of my couples that working with me has improved their marriage.

In my business, one process I use to generate a result clients don’t always think of is preparing year-end books specifically for their CPA. Clients often expect bookkeeping to be about reconciling accounts and generating reports, but I go a step further. I review their financials through the lens of tax readiness, making sure every account is reconciled, documents are organized, and notes are included so the CPA has exactly what they need.
The client may not naturally think of this step, but it creates a big result: it reduces stress, prevents back-and-forth with their tax preparer, and saves them time and money. By taking on this responsibility, I ensure their CPA can start tax filings smoothly, which builds both trust and credibility for my client’s business.

One process I use that creates a result my clients wouldn’t naturally think of is the water tag I hand out. It looks like a luggage tag and goes right on their water main. Most homeowners don’t know where that shutoff is until an emergency hits. This tag not only helps them find it fast, it also has my number printed right on it. In that moment of panic, they don’t have to wonder who to call. That little tag takes away guesswork, gives them confidence, and gets help on the way. I’m Lacy Loyd, Disaster Recovery Expert.

One process I use that creates a result my clients don’t naturally expect happens after they take the Journey into the Soul with me. It’s a 90-minute virtual one-on-one session designed to help them get clarity and direction from their internal guidance system.
After the session, I send them a personalized summary by email—reflecting back the key messages that came through, in their own words. I also create a short set of Focus Statements based on the insight they received and how they responded during the session.
Clients often tell me that having the written summary and statements helps them stay connected to the clarity they felt—not just during the session, but weeks later. It becomes something they return to, especially when life gets noisy. They don’t expect to walk away with something so tangible—and grounded—that they can keep using as a compass.
