In April I get a LOT (a lot, really) of referrals from CPAs.
What I see is boomerang Members.

The first year it happened I was curious so I started making "Welcome back" calls that included a "why?" question.  Returning Member after returning Member said "My CPA told me my income was down year-over-year, and asked what I had changed.  What had changed was PowerCore - so I'm back."

So my current series of InfoMinute ideas
is about reaching out to past Members,
and including them in a coffee appointment
with a new Member they haven't met - 

  • The new Member gets a new connection
  • The previous Member is complimented
  • I benefit both ways!
