Structure

What To Do To Get Referrals: Structure

The purpose of the PowerCore attendance policy is consistency. You could quickly name five things about your PowerCore meeting that are consistent.

  • Where is consistency important in your business?
  • What policies do you have to give your clients the value that structure creates?

Consistency is important in my business so that clients know they can always rely on us. They should not be surprised by anything and always know what to expect.  I will answer the phone and always try to help with situations. Customer Services is #1 in our company.

Consistency is extremely important in my business. As a tax professional our clients do not like surprises. That’s why we are open year-round and available to our clients to address anything that may pop up. That availability allows us to keep in touch with our clients and be a resource to make the world a little more consistent.

Having a clear and documented sales process has improved our quality control and the consistency of our customer experience. The structure focuses on a very detail oriented initial consultation that ensures nothing slips through the cracks which in turn helps prevent unwanted surprises.

I have a set process for completing travel arrangements for my clients and leading up to their actual travel.  Once we select the travel dates and place, I track pricing  weekly through my Value Tracker software, send out needed notifications, order "surprise and delight" gifts for them and schedule an itinerary walkthrough about 10 days prior to departure.  In this meeting we cover the trip from Covid testing to return, making sure my clients are prepared for each step of the journey, allowing them to travel with reduced anxiety, knowing I'm right beside them all the way.  For me, making Memories and Moments for a lifetime come easier when you know what to expect!

  • Where is consistency important in your business? Consistency of approach and qulaity is vital.  We employ a consistnet approach via checklist to every production scenario in order to elicit the story and come up with the best possible presentation of our clients message.

  • What policies do you have to give your clients the value that structure creates?  We do not employ a policy-driven approach, but rather a messaging focus that helps us ensure we do the right job for the client.  After developing the concept, the details are priced into the proposal, eliminating any focus on policy.

I have a consistent pace to my meetings with my clients both in frequency and structure.  This ensures my client feels comfortable with the overall process.

I always begin with a check-in on their wins since last meeting and end the current meeting with a quick summary of action items we discussed to work on for our next meeting.  This ensures they maintain momentum and are increasing their confidence.
