I have a set process for completing travel arrangements for my clients and leading up to their actual travel. Once we select the travel dates and place, I track pricing weekly through my Value Tracker software, send out needed notifications, order "surprise and delight" gifts for them and schedule an itinerary walkthrough about 10 days prior to departure. In this meeting we cover the trip from Covid testing to return, making sure my clients are prepared for each step of the journey, allowing them to travel with reduced anxiety, knowing I'm right beside them all the way.
