When sharing single best things, I look for commonality to support building rapport which can allow the person to feel understood by the Team Member. One single best thing I shared was that the Team Member had a dog and since carpet cleaning, vent cleaning, etc. was his job, he understood the importance of how dog hair can get everywhere. The Team Member benefited by getting a referral and I benefited with aquiring a deeper trust in the client since I cared enough to share their contact information.
