We all know this Member.  Mostly because there is a very good chance he already shook your hand this morning before we even started.

I can see him doing that at other Teams as well as he has learned how to capitalize on the opportunities that come from subbing frequently.

What we both do can be quite boring.  But how we do it and why we do it can be pretty amazing. And like former Whitlock Denise Jutze used to always say, “You don’t know what you don’t know and what you don’t know can hurt you.”  That is particularly and specifically the case with Bruce’s health insurance offerings.

I asked him about his favorite movie, and we reminisced about the times we would go to Blockbuster video to physically grab a move to take home and enjoy.  He now loves those whodunnit series like Fargo and True Detective that you can just binge watch while streaming on demand.

His favorite screen time, however, is with his Grandson Miles who video calls him and even recognizes his voice. And in big news this week, Miles took his first steps.

People think his business is seasonal, due to open enrollment coming up this fall, but he can help year-round and can tell you why.
