In Georgia, if a trade license lapse it is treated the same as having a revoked license. Reinstatement of a license is up to Board discretion, which may require a completed application along with fees to be submitted as if it was a new application. I work as a hands-on consultant creating a practical system for tracking trade license expiration dates.
