I have the privilege of introducing our residential real estate expert this morning, Dee Hudson.  Dee started her real estate business because she wanted to help others create generational wealth.  She is passionate about educating people about home ownership.  She is a certified real estate negotiation expert and recently negotiated a contract for her client for $90,000 under the asking price. I asked Dee about a few of her favorite things – her favorite food is sushi and her favorite dining experience was at Bacchanalia.  Her favorite vacation spot is Cuba, her favorite music is hip hop and Beyonce and Drake are her favorite artists. Her favorite color is pink.  Personality traits of people who like the color pink are described as loving, kind, generous and happy to help others.  This definitely describes Dee to a T!!  She truly cares about her clients and loves helping others.
