When a new high-rise project launched, we built a separate website just for that property. The developer also launched their own site, but when both went live, our site was the one that search engines and AI recognized as the main source of information.
A few weeks later, the developer called and asked them to take the site down because it was outranking theirs. They decided to keep it online. A few months later, The WG Team was nominated for a marketing award alongside some of the largest firms in their industry.
One of those firms ended up absorbing their business, but The WG Team kept their brand and kept me as part of their marketing strategy.
