As a new member to PowerCore, I'm learning how to include multiple touchpoints when making referrals. I provide the profile page as a means of introduction - first touchpoint. I'm then able to make the introduction between the PowerCore member and my client - second touchpoint. Later, I follow up with both parties - third touchpoing. Finally, if the connection resulted in a business transaction, I reach out to get feedback on the experience - fourth touchpoint. As I grow and learn in PowerCore, I'm confident my process will be refined!
