Justin Halford

Justin Halford is someone who truly understands what it means to protect people, not just in theory, but in real, everyday situations. As the owner of Total Tier Training, he equips businesses with practical, real-world safety training that helps teams stay prepared, confident, and compliant across multiple industries. What stands out is his belief that safety is not just a checklist, it is a culture that has to be built intentionally.

While this is a newer business venture, Justin is no stranger to the world of safety. He also serves as Business Development Manager for Johnson Construction Group, bringing more than 20 years of experience spanning construction, safety management, workforce development, and leadership.

Justin also serves as Chair of the Coweta Safety Alliance through the Newnan-Coweta Chamber, is a graduate of the Leadership Coweta Class of 2025, somehow still found time to win the Chamber pickleball tournament last year, and serves on the board for the Coweta Grand Prix. He is currently pursuing his Master’s in Public Administration at the University of West Georgia while also being an amazing dad to his two daughters.
