Katie Moore

Katie explained the Introminute is the opportunity to build someone up so that they start their 7 minute with confidence.  Disappointing, as I had originally thought I would find out about another side to Katie, Shady Katie. 

Katie loves spending time with her family and her parents are an integral part of her family unit.  She followed in her father’s footsteps by becoming a lawyer.   She was inspired by his calm encouragement to help the business find a way forward.   She traveled with him on business trips to France and had a French tutor to help her make the most of those visits.

Her mother, a teacher of music and religious studies, is also a talented organ player.  Katie developed her mum’s talent for teaching and music and I’m pretty sure she promised a rousing karaoke version of “I will survive”. 

Quoting C S Lewis there is no “cup of tea large enough or a book long enough” for Katie as she continues her quest for knowledge.  We look forward to learning more from her now, as we move into her 7 minute presentation for today.
