Kevin Williams

It is my pleasure to introduce Kevin Williams — a business coach, leadership trainer, and someone who truly lives what he teaches.

He is a Certified Team Member of the John Maxwell Leadership Program, holds a master’s in leadership from Luther Rice Seminary, and earned a ministry degree from New Orleans Baptist Seminary — the same year my husband got his Master of Divinity. Clearly, 2019 was a big year for strong callings.

Kevin coaches small business owners and teams who want to grow — not just in business, but in their ability to lead. One of his most memorable quotes? “The hardest person to lead is yourself.” That gives you a sense of his grounded, practical approach.

 

When he is not coaching, Kevin pastors Heavenly Way Baptist Church, mentors youth boys, and has authored three books on leadership and soft skills. Whether in the boardroom, the community, or the pulpit — Kevin helps people rise to their potential.
