With my DISC assessment, workshops, and debriefing, I leave behind three things. 1. A communication directory. This is a list of communication do's and don'ts for the entire team or those who took the assessment. Secondly, I send a weekly email for the entire year to reinforce the DISC styles and be able to master them for effective communication. Lastly, I give them cubicle cards for each person to place on the outside of their cubicle. When people walk up, they can see their DISC style and communicate more effectively.
