When you look at reviews on Yelp and Google and other sites, you want to see good things, right? What would you think if you read things like this? “He even cleaned up the flooring better than it was before.” Or this: “He and his crew did a first rate job with the layout and installation, even adding an electrical outlet.” Or what about this: “He answered all our questions and made several recommendations to improve our situation.” He was “professional, reliable, a great communicator, and always on time.” I think my favorite was this one: “I feel very fortunate to find him to be our plumber.” What I see when I read these – even this morning – is that Konstantin Lozovyi of KL Plumbing not only knows plumbing; he also knows customer service. His family’s personal story is one of fortitude and resilience, and he has definitely made a huge name for himself in the PowerCore world.
