Melissa lives with purpose, and she brings that same thoughtful spirit to financial planning, helping others prepare for the future while still making the most of today. She was born in Miami, but in second grade, after Hurricane Andrew her family was visiting her grandparents in Alpharetta and her mom thought it would be a better place to live.
Inspired by Lisa Simpson and Bill Clinton, she been played alto saxophone from elementary school to high school. She lived in Washington DC for a time and a memory that stands out is being in a congressman’s office when food poisoning from a catered lunch hit her, she ran down the hall and didn’t make it.
But what stands out most is her heart. Melissa became a financial planner not just because it runs in the family, but because she sees it as a form of stewardship. After losing her mom in 2018, she developed a powerful perspective: yes, plan for tomorrow but don’t forget to live today. She encourages her clients to take that trip, make the memories, and live life fully because we’re not promised tomorrow.
Please welcome Melissa Moss.
