In my business, every case is so different yet so similar. the processes and procedures are the same no matter your case type (uncontested or contested) because we want to ensure that nothing slips between the cracks. There are cheaper firms that are not as thorough, but we are not it. instead, we focus on boutique client experiences and next level legal service/advice. We will not make a case "cheaper" by skipping steps to save costs; it always winds up costing something, and when the price may very well be time with your children, it is a risk I am not willing to take.
