Phil’s journey into the mortgage business started when he stepped up to help a friend grow his business. After that success, he shifted his focus to his own clients, bringing the same dedication and drive to help them achieve their homeownership dreams. As a Mortgage Banker and Director of Operations at Guidance Mortgage, Phil is all about finding solutions and making the process smooth and stress-free.
