Inconsistent NAP (Name, Address, Phone)

Local SEO is the first thing I evaluate because it's one of the best places I can make affordable changes that will quickly impact their lead generation. Todd runs a plumbing company serving multiple areas for over a decade. The business isn't showing up in map searches in all the areas he serves despite dozens of positive reviews. Part of the problem is inconsistent NAP. That's (Name, Address, Phone) information across various online directories. Google looks at citation sites to corroborate the information. If they see consistency across trusted sites, they will place more trust in the listing and rank it higher than other businesses, even if they have more reviews. My Local SEO package starts at $650 per location, and it's an excellent solution for Meagan, the owner of a children's play center looking to attract more birthday party bookings. Ask her what themes are popular with the kids. I'm Ryan Williams of Websuasion.

Multiple Locations Not Showing In Map

When a business has multiple locations, they often don’t realize they have to develop a Google My Business profile for each and put the same amount of effort into each so that they will each rank in map results appropriately. Dr. Franklin has a dermatology practice with three offices. The practice isn't showing up in map searches for the two newer locations. They have a single website for the practice, which is good, but they should include all three location addresses in the footer of their website with links to each Google profile. Google looks for consistency between the website and business addresses. This is one of the many things I correct when doing Local SEO optimization. My Local SEO package starts at $650 per location, and it's an excellent solution for Samantha, an interior designer in Peachtree City looking to attract more local clients. Ask her what’s her favorite design rule to break. I'm Ryan Williams of Websuasion.

Not Showing Up In Map For All Services

Warren’s IT business was showing up in the Google map for their primary service category, but he wasn’t showing up for other services he provided like Voice Over IP, data management, and security. I added locally-targeted custom services to his Google My Business profile for each of his solutions including robust keyword-rich descriptions. Decades of programming provides me a foundation into how search engines work, while my data-driven insight tells me how ideal customers think. So, I’m able to take the mystery out of lead generation. Within a few weeks Warren’s IT business was showing up for the majority of these services and he saw a 20% increase in new calls. My Local SEO package starts at $650 per location, and it's an excellent solution for Jenny, the highly competitive physical therapist in Newnan looking to outpace her local competitors. Ask her what was her favorite sport to play growing up. I'm Ryan Williams of Websuasion.

Robust Questions and Answers

Businesses frequently overlook the Question and Answer section of their Google My Business profile. This is a valuable optimization opportunity. Google uses this Q&A content to understand a business’ local map relevance for specific search queries. I use multiple tools and techniques to find these missed keyword opportunities. Richard's long term care insurance agency wasn't always showing up in the map for searches relating to his coverage options. I implemented a strategy to pre-populate common questions and provide detailed answers about his services. After optimizing the Q&A section, Richard's agency saw a 28% increase in quote requests. My Local SEO package starts at $650 per location, and it's an excellent solution for Elizabeth, a yoga studio owner wanting to attract beginners, who often have a lot of questions. Ask her about her favorite pose to teach newcomers. I'm Ryan Williams of Websuasion.

Poor Product Showcase

Many brick-and-mortar retail businesses don't effectively use their Google Business Profile’s product showcase feature to highlight what they sell. Tammy's Women’s Clothing Boutique wasn't displaying its seasonal collections and new arrivals in its Google listing. I’m great at making map profiles stand out. I set up a strategic product showcase with detailed descriptions, using targeted keywords and competitive pricing information. Google displays these products on their profile, which shows up in nearby searches for women’s clothing, driving more foot traffic to the store. After implementing the product showcase, Tammy’s in-store traffic increased by 20%. My Local SEO package starts at $650 per location, and it's an excellent solution for Michael, who owns a sporting goods store looking to promote his equipment selection. Ask him what is the most requested item in his store. I'm Ryan Williams of Websuasion.

No Photo or Update Activity

Most Google My Business profiles neglect to upload photos and updates. While posting photos may seem trivial, the traffic they generate can be significant. Mike’s mobile auto detailing service wasn't getting optimal exposure in local searches. I suggested he make taking before and after photos part of his client process and upload those photos to his profile regularly. Additionally, when I post SEO articles to his website, I share a link to the article with a featured image to the updates section of his profile. Google rewards businesses that maintain fresh, well-organized visual content. Within two months, Mike’s listing views increased by 35%, leading to many new clients. My Local SEO package is a one-time fee of $650 per location, and it's an excellent solution for Cheri, a restaurant owner looking to showcase her unique dining atmosphere. Ask her what he considers her signature dish. I'm Ryan Williams of Websuasion.
